BattleRecap is a VALORANT companion website and planned Discord bot that helps players review match history, performance trends, and gameplay insights.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using BattleRecap.

We only store Riot identification data that is needed to fetch and display the BattleRecap features you use, such as Riot ID details, PUUIDs, and shard or region values.

We may process VALORANT match data, MMR data, dashboard statistics, and performance data needed to provide BattleRecap features.

When you use account linking or Discord bot features, we may collect your Discord ID and the Riot account information you choose to connect.

We may also process sign-in and session data so you can access authenticated areas of the website.

We use information to provide match history, player search, dashboard insights, lineups, account linking, Discord bot commands, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service improvements.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

BattleRecap stores only the Riot identification data required to request the data needed for the service, such as Riot ID, PUUID, and shard or region.

BattleRecap uses that identification data to fetch match, MMR, and related VALORANT data so we can display player statistics and performance insights.

Some data may come from Riot Games APIs or third-party VALORANT API providers. Availability and accuracy depend on those services.

The planned BattleRecap Discord bot may use your Discord ID to connect bot commands with your linked Riot account.

Discord bot commands are intended to provide match and account-linking features. Bot interactions may be processed to respond to commands, maintain account links, and debug service issues.

BattleRecap uses Trackfox analytics to understand basic website usage, such as page visits and interaction trends.

Analytics help us improve the website and identify reliability issues. We do not intentionally use analytics to collect sensitive personal information.

BattleRecap may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences, and website functionality.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete this storage, but some features may stop working correctly.

We may share information with service providers that help operate BattleRecap, including hosting, database, analytics, authentication, Discord, Riot Games, and VALORANT data services.

We do not sell your Riot identification data, Discord ID, match data, or other personal information to third-party companies, and we do not plan to do so.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide BattleRecap, maintain account links, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability.

Some cached match or dashboard data may remain until it expires, is overwritten, or is deleted during routine maintenance.

You can choose not to link a Riot account or Discord account. You can also stop using authenticated features at any time.

For deletion or access requests, use the contact information below. Some data may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

BattleRecap is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for keeping your Discord, Riot, and website account credentials secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy as BattleRecap changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
