By accessing or using BattleRecap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, Discord bot, or related services.

BattleRecap is a VALORANT companion website and planned Discord bot that provides match history, player search, dashboard insights, lineups, and related performance tools.

BattleRecap is provided as an informational tool and is not a replacement for official Riot Games services.

You must be old enough to use BattleRecap under the laws that apply to you and under any applicable Discord, Riot Games, or third-party platform terms.

If you use BattleRecap on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Some features may require you to provide or link a Riot ID, PUUID, shard or region, Discord ID, or other account details.

BattleRecap only stores Riot identification data that is needed to fetch and display the data required for the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and only linking accounts that you are authorized to use.

You may use BattleRecap for personal, non-commercial gameplay review and performance analysis.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data in violation of applicable terms, or use BattleRecap to harass, abuse, or harm others.

The planned BattleRecap Discord bot may provide account-linking and match-related commands. Bot availability, commands, and permissions may change over time.

Server owners and users are responsible for configuring Discord permissions appropriately and complying with Discord's terms and community rules.

BattleRecap is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties.

Riot Games, VALORANT, and related properties belong to Riot Games. BattleRecap may depend on Riot Games APIs, Discord, analytics providers, hosting providers, and third-party VALORANT data services.

We do not sell your Riot identification data, Discord ID, match data, or other personal information to third-party companies, and we do not plan to do so.

Third-party service availability, rules, rate limits, data accuracy, and terms may affect BattleRecap features.

BattleRecap may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update routes, commands, supported regions, data sources, or access requirements as the service evolves.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete match coverage, or perfectly accurate statistics.

You are responsible for your use of BattleRecap, your account security, and your compliance with applicable laws and platform terms.

Do not submit malicious content, attempt to bypass access controls, or use BattleRecap in a way that could damage the service or other users.

BattleRecap is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Insights, rankings, statistics, and recommendations are informational only and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BattleRecap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, account issues, platform actions, or gameplay outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate access to BattleRecap if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or used the service in an abusive or unlawful way.

You may stop using BattleRecap at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service as BattleRecap changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.

Continued use of BattleRecap after changes means you accept the updated terms.
